Larry Guilbault has been with Coldwell Banker in the real estate industry for over 24 years. He specializes in residential home sales in West Kelowna and Peachland, retail investment sales, and retail leasing to all his clients in selling and buying real estate. He is a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Expert.
Larry's family has lived in the Okanagan for many years and his grandfather was a pioneer in the area.
Rocky Rocksborough-Smith, Past-President
Rocky Rocksborough-Smith has been involved in the ship supply, broadcast, and banking fields for over 45 years. He was co-founder and principal with the Triton Marine Group in Vancouver and has worked actively in industry associations since 1995. He is currently President of the Canadian Shipsupply and Services Association a position he has held for 6 years and was Senior Executive Vice-President of the International Ship Supply and Services Association (ISSA) the international body, a position he held for 17 years. Additionally, he emceed and presented speaker participants at ISSA’s Annual Convention and Trade Exhibition in 18 countries. Concurrently he was Managing Editor of ISSA’s house organ The Ship Supplier magazine. His volunteer work has encompassed over 30 years with Scouts Canada in both program and administrative positions. Additionally, he has held various Board, Trustee, and Finance Committee positions. In semi-retirement, he presently owns and operates a hugely successful B&B, Pineacre On The Lake with wife Tanya.
David Collins, Past President
David Collins is a consummate real estate professional licensed as a Realtor©/Property Manager/Strata Manager. Since 2004, Dave has looked after the needs of his clients and strived to earn their trust and help them accomplish their real estate goals. As a relocation expert and investment property specialist, Dave helps his clients make wise decisions and helps them take the stress out of moving. Originally from Waterloo, Ontario, Dave has made Peachland, BC home for over 20 years. He has been involved with the Chamber of Commerce for over 5 years.
Murray Wood, Vice-President
Murray Wood has had an interest in land and real estate investing for the past 35 years. In addition to investing, Murray spent six years as a Qualified Financial Planner and provided the general public with financial planning advice through his bi-monthly columns in the Vancouver Courier and through seminars. Renovating houses to sell or rent led to developing and operating a construction business in Vancouver through most of the 90s. In 2000 Murray began recreational property development including a few projects in Peachland. More recently Murray spent five years flipping and accumulating residential properties in Edmonton, Alberta. He got tired of giving up his “present” for a possible future and in June 2015 moved back to BC. With his wife, Valerie, they bought a property in Peachland, BC. which they now call the Peachland Eagles Nest B&B®. They are developing a world-class B&B business providing guests from around the world with the bounty of “The Jewel of the Okanagan” and organizing unique “Experiences” in the area for their guests and local residences.
Greg Sewell, P. ENG., Vice-President
Greg Sewell has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil) from the University of Manitoba. He has worked in the Engineering industry since 1976 in Duncan, Surrey and Peachland, BC. and has been the President of Morrison Ridge Developments Ltd. since 1992. Greg has been a member of the City of Surrey Development Advisory Committee since 1998 and from 2006-2012 was the Property Comm. Vice-Chair and Board Director for the Peace Arch Hospital and Community. He is also the Founder of smallaircraftsafetyreform.com and a member of the Canadian General Aviation Safety Campaign out of Ottawa, Ontario. It's Greg's second year on the Peachland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Nicole Moreau, Director
Nicole Moreau has been a Peachland resident for more than three years. She is currently a licensed real estate professional with Remax, and has an additional thirteen years of construction management. Combining a love for real estate and a love for construction she has become an expert in real estate investments and development. Nicole is also an avid animal lover, helping local rescues find “forever” homes for their dogs and cats. She’s also a hiker and summit enthusiast. It is Nicole's first year on the Chamber's board.
